NOWDAYS WE SAW MANY PEOPLES BECOMING EXTREMELY DEPRESSED WITH THEIR LIFES. KNOWING THAT IT WILL AFFECT THEIR HEALTH AS WELL AS THEIR WAY OF LOOKING LIFE WITH POSITIVITY. TAKING EXAMPLE OF MYSELF I DO ALSO FEEL THE SAME AT SOME MOMENTS OF MY LIFE BUT AFTER VISUALISING AND UNDERSTANDING THE DOWNSIDE OF POSITIVITY, I REALISE THAT IF WE GOING TO CONTINUE TO LOOKAFTER OUR LIFES IN AN UNENTHUSIASTIC MANNER THAN THAT WOULD BE THE STARTING OF REGRETFUL, AND UNHAPPY SAD LIFE.❤❤

3) SPENT YOUR LITTLE TIME SOCIALLY-- HAVE GOOD FRIENDS ,TALK TO THEM,SHARE YOU THOUGHTS ENJOY YOU LIFE.
